After we were in the Westerwald in 1999 (not under my leadership) we went to the Black Forest in 2000. Starting point there was the Röcklehof of the Bruder family in Kirnbach near Wolfach. There is a guesthouse available, which also offers space for larger groups.

The Black Forest is - from my point of view - THE "motorcycle El Dorado" par excellence! It offers everything a motorcyclist could wish for in a small area! Curves, bends, bends, passes (not as high as in the Alps, but wonderful to ride!) and beautiful landscapes and sights that won't let a longer stay be boring! I know the Black Forest "like the back of my hand" - as I have lived on the edge of the Black Forest for several years - and I have worked out two tours that express all the special features of the area! The two tours with tour sketch and roadbook are available for download!
In addition to these two tours, the area south of the B 31 from Donaueschingen to Freiburg is particularly suitable for those interested. Here the Black Forest reaches its greatest heights and the landscape and the places are especially charming (see Südschwarzwald 2006). On our tour we could only touch this area, because there was no time for further tours.
