in the year 2004 it went to Salzburger Land. Due to lack of time I couldn't drive the routes before this time and so I couldn't create a roadbook. I have prepared three selected routes according to existing local knowledge and map. Of these, the tour into the Salzkammergut and the one to the Großglockner-Hochalpenstraße or the Roßfeldhöhenstraße were chosen. The third tour to the Nockalm Road I have nevertheless included here, so that you can try it out if you are interested.

The Landhaus Maurer can be highly recommended by my fellow travellers and me - Chef rides a motorbike himself! Very friendly people and good accommodation. There is also a sauna in the house, which can be used if needed.
The Salzkammergut with its many lakes and the Großglockner-Hochalpenstraße as well as the Roßfeldhöhenstraße are a good contrast. On the one hand "sightseeing" and wonderful landscape and on the other hand spectacular high mountain scenery with fantastic curves.
