The story of how we came to Lake Ledro in 2002, instead of the Hunsrück as planned, can be read in the travel report.
We were accommodated in the Hotel Cima D'Oro

The Hotel Cima D'Oro does not have a particularly high standard, but is clean and tidy. An advantage is that a pizzeria on the ground floor belongs to the hotel.
Lake Ledro is close to Lake Garda, but the hustle and bustle there is far away. From here you can make wonderful motorcycle tours. The two that I have chosen are only a part of it. The area is unfathomable and offers everything a motorcyclist's heart desires.
On the one hand I would like to emphasize the route from Lake Idro to Gagnano on Lake Garda. The stretch along the intermediate reservoir Lago di Valvestino has the most wonderful exchange rate curves I know in the whole Alpine area - and I really know a lot of Alpine roads! From the left to the right and again to the left it goes for more than 10 km and one thinks that this does not stop at all. To drive dizzy! Just great!
On the other hand, the Passo Pian del Fugazze from Rovereto is a highlight, where one would like to turn around and ride the route again!
