The Manghen-Pass is located off the main routes and is only rarely used - those who know this route will appreciate it!
The Manghen-Pass (Passo Manghen) is simply a dream!
The most beautiful route is from the south.
Either you come from Trento and drive via Borgo to Telve, or you come via Passo Brocon (also a great route!) to Telve.
After Telve the actual pass road begins.
Following the signs "Passo Manghen", the road first climbs relatively wide up the mountain. The curve combinations make the motorcyclist's heart beat faster. Left, right, left, right always higher up!
Further up, the track becomes quite narrow and you have to be careful with oncoming traffic (but this is relatively rare)!
Up to the top of the pass the road goes steeply uphill in numerous narrow curves and hairpin bends.
Just after the pass there is a small restaurant with a lake on the right hand side - a break?
The route down towards Molina or Cavalese is only in the upper part very curvy and sweeping. In the further course long straights alternate with few curves.
The Manghen-Pass is not one of the most beautiful scenic routes, but in terms of the sequence of curves and the course of the route it is a MUST for every motorcyclist!
The total distance from Telve to Molina is about 37 km.
